Here comes yet another pretext for bombing Iran...
Iran has offered to help finance the cash-strapped Palestinian Authority governed by the Hamas militant group.The offer was announced by senior security official Ali Larijani after a meeting with Hamas politburo chief Khaled Meshaal, state radio reported.
The decision follows moves by the US and Israel to isolate a Hamas-led government with financial penalties.
Oh boy, I can hardly wait for the repercussions.
As it is, Auntie Condi has been none too subtle about beating the war drums on Dubya's behalf. I just wonder what dubious "opposition" faction they plan on financing. After all, we all know they can sure pick some winners...
