I see Bush has no problem using the Hitler analogy to suit his argument. However his argument looks far more analogous to that of Hitler himself when he was asking for emergency powers to fight the Communists and Socialists of 1930's Germany.

Isn't it ironic? And here his grandpappy banked for that bastard back in the day. Someone please tell him that it's not smart to run afoul of Godwin's Law when there are skeletons with swastika armbands doing a goose-step in your closet.

And someone tell Don Rumsfeld (whose German relatives are still ashamed of him) that it's not smart to compare the very elected Chavecito with the not-so-elected Hitler, either.
